Our company is looking for an Sharepoint Developer with a demonstrable track record of delivering projects based upon Microsoft SharePoint and supporting Microsoft technologies
Your responsibilities will be:
- Digital Solutions Unit (DSU) specialises in the use of leading edge technologies and agile delivery processes to develop business solutions for large private and public sector organisations. The DSU capability teams provide the breadth of skills and experience required to undertake the end-to-end delivery of these systems, services and solutions, helping them to be successful in delivering high-quality digital solutions to time and budget. The DSU capability spans all of the roles required to undertake the end-to-end delivery of IT solutions to our clients, including Project Management, Analysis, Dev Ops, Software Engineers and Testers, with technical expertise across all of the commonly used platforms
Main Purpose of the Role:
- Working within the Microsoft Digital Solutions Unit you will be working alongside industry experts in building leading edge SharePoint solutions for our broad base of enterprise clients. Consulting and working with clients to determine requirements and develop solutions
Person Profile:

A demonstrable track record of delivering projects based upon Microsoft SharePoint and supporting Microsoft technologies
- Demonstrable experience of working on large enterprise SharePoint projects
- MCPD/MCTS/MCAD/MCSD certifications highly advantageous
- Willingness to travel on a UK wide basis and work away from home for extended periods of time Monday to Friday

Skills and Experience:
- SharePoint 2013 platform and development experience
- Office 365 experience
- C# and .NET Framework Version 3.5 or above including strong WCF experience
- IIS & ASP.NET including Ajax, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets and JavaScript
- SQL Server 2008 with T-SQL
- Object Oriented Analysis and Design skills

Agile development practices Desirable skills:
- Development experience with any of the following Microsoft technologies
- Dynamics CRM
- BizTalk Server
- Windows Azure
